- 1/4 cup Cello Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 14 Finn Crisp® Sourdough Rye Thins
- 7 strips of Bacon, halved
- 4 teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Dry Rub Spices

Directions
- Place Finn Crisp® Sourdough Rye Thins onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with a halved slice of bacon. Sprinkle with light brown sugar and dry rub seasonings. Lastly, sprinkle with freshly grated Cello Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F until the bacon is cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
Place onto serving platter and top with more freshly grated Cello Parmesan Cheese.
